Wa22ermann

Not much is known about Wa22ermann yet, but the rapper already has a large fanbase since releasing her first single last October. Built on fat 808 basslines and self-confident rhymes, she starts with a message for her haters: »Ich bleibe ehrlich, vor allem zu mir selbst / Hater, die haten, sie haten sich selbst / Ich mache weiter das, was mir gefällt / Du bist wie Hanteln, weil du dich verstellst / Damit du komischen Pissern gefällst.« (»I stay honest, especially to myself / Haters who hate, they hate themselves / I keep doing what I like / You’re like dumbbells, because you pretend / To please weird pissers.«) The newcomer’s more recent songs »Graue Wolken« and »Bombermann« are filled with cool trap beats and punchlines about everyday life in Kreuzberg. It’s clear that there’s plenty more to come.
